Tetra Laval to contribute €500,000 to relief efforts in Italy’s flood-affected Emilia-Romagna region

Lausanne, Switzerland (31 May 2023): Tetra Laval, the group which comprises Tetra Pak, Sidel and DeLaval, expresses deep concern and sympathy towards those impacted by the catastrophic floods in Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region, where many lives have been lost and thousands of people have been rendered homeless.

To support the affected communities, Tetra Laval will be contributing to the relief efforts of Italy’s Regional Agency for Territorial Security and Civil Protection, through a donation of €500,000, which will help in the provision of essential products and restoration of the basic infrastructure in the region, including primary transportation systems. This is in addition to local employee volunteer activities in the area. Our thoughts remain with all those affected.
