Maximising food safety and hygiene

The equipment is designed to be easy to clean. Open channelling, sloping surfaces and stainless steel constructions facilitate effective hose-down. Parts such as nozzles, hoses and drive stations can be easily dismantled for rapid cleaning and product changeover and easily reassembled afterwards. The risk of product contamination is also reduced by lubrication-free stainless steel chains.

Our extrusion lines are available in different capacities (18,000, 27,000 or 43,000 products per hour) and they all include the highest performing freezing, extrusion and wrapping technologies. Our robust and highly automated moulding lines also offer flexible capacity (10,000, 15,000, 28,000 or 43,000 products per hour) and low cost. Thanks to extended freezing times, they can be used to produce a wide range of moulded ice cream products including complex, multilayer products. Furthermore, there are endless possibilities for product innovation. You can add bulky inclusions such as nuts, pieces of fruit, chocolate or wine gums. Products can also be coated with liquid or dry ingredients.

With our robust in-line filling machines, it is easy to produce exciting, innovative and high-quality ball-top or flat-top cones with large inclusions, swirl, ripple and several dry and wet toppings. An ice cream cup can be deliciously simple or complex, with multiple filling patterns and inclusions. Our filling lines for ice cream cups offer product flexibility, quick changeovers and efficient freezing while minimising cost through high-yield dispensing and ice cream filling. Our bulk filling lines also offer cost-effective freezing technology to quick-freeze the ice cream before filling the full ice cream block. This improves product structure and ensures smaller ice crystals. Capacities available: 18,000 or 45,000 cup products per hour.
