Trial formulation

Once the product concept is in place, our Product Development Centres (PDCs) support the creation of a prototype, providing all the necessary resources to make the actual product. We start with a discussion on whole soya technology and processing solutions, and how the two can be combined to get the right balance between taste and quality, the best yield on ingredients, and the optimal line design for commercialisation. A trial plan is then devised, based on your specific requirements.

Perfecting the prototype

Process optimisation

During testing at our PDCs, our food technology and process engineering experts work with your team to ensure the development plan is designed and executed correctly, bearing in mind the objective of commercial scale-up. And once the product and process are finalised, our engineers can use it to configure your own industrial line to deliver the same product — consistently and efficiently.
