Tetra Pak® Flash Cooler SCM provides a fully automatic and continuous flash cooling system. It is suitable for the production of (recombined) sweetened condensed milk (SCM). The system is customer specific designed, so available for a wide range of product compositions and capacities.

Extended running time
The flash cooler’s proven design offers long run times for many different SCM and RSCM compositions. The compact unit is ergonomically constructed to permit easy post-cleaning inspection. Opening the lid at the base of the cooler allows simple viewing of product contact surfaces.

In cases where the regular CIP programme does not match your hygiene standards we can add sanitation-in-place (SIP) with hot water at 90°-95°C.

Steam-free functionality
Flexible energy source
Tetra Pak® Flash Cooler SCM can be ordered without steam, depending on available energy sources and their cost.
