Grinds raw materials with water into product slurry
Capacity:
Applications:
Two-stage grinding
First raw materials such as oat grains or flakes are ground with water to achieve coarse particles. Then the gap size in the second-stage grinder is reduced to achieve a finer particle size. Two-stage grinding achieves an optimal particle size for the next step in the extraction process – hydrolysis with enzymes. This is optimal for the next step in the extraction process – hydrolysis with enzymes.
Three-stage grinding
Raw materials such as oat grains or flakes are ground with water and prepared into a slurry through three-stage grinding. The three grinding modules achieve an optimal particle size for the next step in the extraction process – mechanical reduction of particle size through homogenization – and help make it possible to use the whole oat in the final beverage.
Automatic cleaning-in-place
Designed for easy cleanability with automated and continuous cleaning-in-place. No need to dismantle the grinder for cleaning, saving significant time and effort compared to manual cleaning.
