Our workplaces have a clear purpose: to empower our people to be dynamic, productive and capable. Whether you work in an office, a customer or development centre or a factory, we use an activity-based working approach that means all spaces are multifunctional and flexible.
We’re dedicated to helping each person create a work experience that enables them to perform at their best. Our workplaces are designed to help us connect and collaborate as well as foster a sense of community. Our goal is to provide workspaces that inspire innovation as well as reflect our commitment to sustainability, personal wellbeing and inclusion.
Our physical environments support both our purpose and our people. We recognise and celebrate the differences that each of us brings to Tetra Pak, and so it’s essential that our workplaces are inclusive, ensuring a positive work environment that provides equal opportunities for all our employees.
Sustainability is an integral part of how we work and our goal is to achieve 100% renewable electricity and net-zero greenhouse gas emissions in our own operations by 2030. To reach these targets, we’re increasing solar photovoltaic (PV) capacity, phasing out fossil fuels and designing energy efficient facilities. We’re shifting to electric vehicles and reducing water use in line with the Alliance for Water Stewardship standards.
