The system provides waste maps that tell you where, when and why products go to waste – so you can troubleshoot, identify root causes and improve your product to waste ratio. And by monitoring energy consumption data per machine, it is possible to identify any energy offenders – valuable information when you are looking to improve your energy efficiency.
Get real-time and historical data
Ice Cream Line Insight™ collects data for your entire production line, and for each separate machine. The waste dashboard displays the reasons for products going to waste and you can select a time range to see trend curves for a specific machine. An alarm log provides an overview of all “alarm activity”, giving you excellent input to your troubleshooting ventures.

How much energy do you consume?
Get the data you need to improve your energy efficiency. Ice Cream Line Insight™ displays the energy consumption of each machine*. That’s great input to your energy analysis, and information you can use to, for example, calculate the electricity cost per ice cream product.
