Tetra Pak® High Shear Mixer
Tetra Pak® High Shear Mixer brings you the very best in high shear mixing to provide uniform, air-free mixing and deliver the optimal emulsification and hydration of the ice cream mix.
Tetra Pak® Heat Exchanger
Tetra Pak® Plate Heat Exchanger handles the pasteurization process smoothly and effectively. The unit is designed for maximum heat recovery and to keep operating costs low. It is built to the highest sustainability standards to minimize carbon footprint throughout the process.
Pasteurizer diversion function
To assure product safety and avert any risk of cross-contamination during the pasteurization process, a diversion function monitors product temperature before and after the holding cell to ensure correct temperature, recycling any non-pasteurized product back to the pasteurizer for reprocessing.
A climbing holding cell ensures stable flow to minimize any risk of trapped air.
