Developing the future

Our Development and Technology team are at the forefront of developing and delivering innovative solutions, including fast-tracking the work to realise our ambition to create the world's most sustainable paper-based food and beverage package.1

We collaborate across the business to develop products and technologies to deliver the solutions our customers need and give everyone access to safe, nutritious food – all while protecting the planet. We lead food and beverage packaging and processing development activities by applying expert knowledge and technical management.

Development Engineer

Work across product platforms focusing on technology and product development, from completely new ideas to continuous improvement. You’ll be a curious problem-solver with a passion for new challenges and innovative food and beverage packaging development.

Automation Engineer

By designing and implementing automated solutions for our extensive customer base, you’ll need a broad perspective. Highly organised, you’ll be involved with implementation, development and day-to-day troubleshooting. These positions require both working independently and as part of cross-functional teams. Mechanical Designer

Seize the opportunity to design competitive functions and equipment for packaging lines that fulfil customer expectations. You’ll get variation as well as challenges in your daily work, using your understanding of science and engineering to find innovative approaches to solve significant technical problems whilst achieving cost and performance targets.

Systems Engineer

As a System Engineer you’ll lead the technical development of integrated solutions/products within and between development teams. You’ll have experience in working with complex systems, requirements management, FMEA, technical risks and verification and validation. In this role you also have the responsibility to present the technical maturity and status of the solution or product in relevant technical governance forums.

Test Engineer

By planning, executing and analysing physical tests on our equipment, from components to full system solutions, with the use of verification and validation process and technologies, data collection, analysis and reports, you will actively contribute to new product development. As a Test Engineer within the Development & Technology organisation you contribute to the release of new solutions for our customers.

Product Owner

As a Product Owner, you’ll be responsible for developing new and improving our current products and solutions for our customers. Your objective is to maximise the customer and business value from the development work done by our development teams. You will lead the development team and collaborate across our organisation and with external stakeholders and customers. This role with provide you with exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development in a truly global landscape.
