Our focus is on improving customers’ operations by bringing improvements to the total cost of ownership (TCO) and product quality. Tetra Pak’s processing solutions are designed to meet emerging trends and consumer demands, ensuring our customers are prepared to offer innovative products.
We support the production of new foods, including plant-based products and various dairy categories. For dairy, we offer solutions for UHT white milk, processing lines for chilled dairy products such as pasteurized milk, extended shelf-life milk (ESL), and ambient drinking yogurt. In the prepared foods segment, we provide processing solutions for dressings, condiments, and spreadable cheese.
In the beverages category, our aseptic inline blending line produces juice, nectar, and still drinks (JNSD) with a focus on sustainable solutions. We also offer a JNSD line for products with particulates, oat beverages, and sugar dissolving solutions for carbonated soft drinks (CSD) and juice-based drinks (JNSD).

Our advanced digital solutions, Asset Health Monitoring (AHM) and Global Remote Support (GRS), allow for enhanced remote troubleshooting, remote monitoring, and insights into equipment performance such as mechanical health, utilities consumption, and operational parameters like leakage or sealing qualities of your filling machines. Monitoring your assets gives you more data and therefore a better understanding of their performance and health. However, Asset Health Monitoring offers much more than just real-time data. Additionally, Tetra Pak continues to innovate environmentally, with the latest advancement being the Fiber-Based Barrier, following previous innovations like biobased materials and tethered caps.
In the Food Service channel, significant growth is anticipated, driven by substantial investments in tourism, particularly in Saudi Arabia. Tetra Pak’s portfolio includes offerings in the large-size container segment, such as 1.5 and 2-liter packs with large openings, which facilitate efficient distribution and space-efficient disposal of empty packages for recycling. The latest innovation in this segment is the TCA 20 B Pull Tab, the smallest carton designed for the airlines and hotel buffet sectors, as well as the retail sector. This innovative single-serve solution is ideal for evaporated milk, processed cheese, sauces, and condiments.

Sustainability Transformation
