Tetra Pak will be joining forces with leading Swedish technology companies at Hannover Messe 2019, the world's largest industrial technology fair.
Tetra Pak will provide insights on its experience and demonstrate how partnerships are the cornerstone of digitalisation, bringing value to food and beverage manufacturers.
Johan Nilsson, VP Industry 4.0 and Digitalisation at Tetra Pak said, “Digital disruption is accelerating across industries. The future of the food industry is undoubtedly digital. There is no single firm that has the scale to manage all the complexity of digitalisation alone, so we need to collaborate and form partnerships to help deliver tangible value.”
Tetra Pak is looking at additional partnership programmes, building on some of its existing collaboration with companies like Microsoft and SAP. New partnerships will be announced at the event in April.
This is the first time that Sweden will be the partner country at Hannover Messe. Under the theme of Sweden Co-Lab, leading Swedish companies will showcase Sweden as a greenhouse for co-creation (Co) and innovation (Lab). Participating companies include ABB, Combient, Ericsson, SKF and Tetra Pak, as well as other key players such as the Swedish Energy Agency, Ignite Sweden, KTH, RISE, SISP and Vinnova.
