Self-contained ice cream freezers


The new-generation Tetra Pak® Continuous Freezer S series gives you consistently smooth and uniform ice cream every time. These innovative freezers are also easily adaptable to a wide variety of ice cream recipes and enable quick and easy product changes.

Applications: Freezing, mixing and whipping of ice cream mix and air to produce ice cream. Scraped-surface freezing of other products. ​

These new freezers are fully computerised with automatic control and comprehensive monitoring of all main production parameters. They offer faster, smoother start-up and even greater uniformity in product quality than its predecessor, with standard deviation as low as 0.7%.

Low temperature second stage ice cream freezers


This freezer is able to cool ice cream down to -12 to -15 °C / 10 to 5 °F, increasing viscosity to that of soft clay to allow shaping into a variety of new products. The cold kneading of our Microform Technology™ creates a stable fine-structured ice cream with improved product quality, enable quick and easy product changes.


Capacity: 80 – 3000 l/h


Applications: Tetra Pak Continuous Freezer LT, creating a finely structured ice cream with a smoother, creamier taste. You can now achieve excellent creaminess even with low-fat ice cream so that healthier, low fat products can taste just as good as top-of-the-range traditional ice cream.
