Tetra Pak® Automatic Stick A2 flex arch is a high-speed solution that’s easy to operate and move. The compact design and small footprint makes it easy to move around, an advantage when optimising space and cleaning or servicing line equipment.
Capacity:
With operating speeds of up to 200 sticks per minute, Tetra Pak® Automatic Stick A2 flex arch meets the requirements of high-capacity stick ice cream production on all types of tray tunnel extrusion systems.
Applications:
Tetra Pak® Automatic Stick A2 flex arch is designed for inserting sticks into extruded ice cream products.
Arch-shaped inserter arm
An innovative arch-shaped design makes the inserter arm easy to align with the worktable and extrusion equipment. This eliminates any need for painstaking positioning and allows fast and efficient operation and production changeovers.
Servo-powered inserter
The servo motor in the inserter ensures high guaranteed capacity up to 200 sticks a minute, which is faster than conventional manual or pneumatic piston solutions. The uniform, repeatable servo action ensures high accuracy for more consistent product quality.
Sensor-based automation
A sensor in the stick magazine measures stick presence and alerts the operator via a graphic panel if the magazine runs low. The operator can then fill the magazine in time before a stoppage occurs.
If you're planning to produce novelty ice creams or 'Disney' characters, extrusion is the way to go. Extrusion is the method whereby ice cream is forced out through a tube and sliced into sections with a wire. It enables the creation of complex designs.
Our extrusion equipment is almost twice as fast as our competitors and it integrates the production units you need, all the way from raw material input to product wrapping.
