Tetra Rex® at a glance
Tetra Rex® Plant-based is manufactured solely from a combination of plastics derived from sugar cane and paperboard. The plant-based plastics used by Tetra Pak are produced by Brazilian chemical company, Braskem, which sources all of its feedstock from sugar cane.
Tetra Rex Plant-based is available in a range of sizes, from 250 ml to 2000 ml, for all chilled milk specifications.

Space saving & flexible
Tetra Rex packages are made from flat-packed blanks, which are easy and economical to transport and store. Using blanks in production has the added advantage of making it easy to switch between different package volumes of the same bottom format.
Multiple formats & sizes
The iconic gable top packages come in lots of formats and sizes so just take your pick! Several opening devices - the classical easy opening or choose a closure, why not the best seller TwistCap™ OSO Barrier 34 which also can be ordered as fully renewable. Volumes range from 237 ml portion packs to 2000 ml family packs.
Natural materials
We offer four different material combinations to provide barriers for all your products. All our paperboard comes from wood from forests certified to Forest Stewardship Council™ (FSC™) and other controlled sources. The FSC license code for Tetra Pak is FSC™ C014047. And you can select from three printing methods: offset, flexo process and flexographic print.
