The system comprises three major sections: a grinding module consisting of two mills, a fibre separation module consisting of high-speed centrifuges, and a heat-treatment module for enzyme deactivation. After extraction, the ingredient base is formulated, UHT-treated and packaged in Tetra Pak aseptic filling lines.
