LKDC
The circular LKDC stainless steel manhole cover is used on top of tanks or containers, especially in the dairy industry, where a hygienic closeable mean of access to the interior of the tank is required.
The LKDC cover is supplied with a unique replaceable, self-sealing double lip seal to prevent fluids from spraying out, e.g. during CIP cleaning and similar processes or during travel on mobile tanks or road tankers. The seals are produced in compliance with 3A recommendations
LKDC-LP
The circular Alfa Laval LKDC – LP low pressure tank cover is used on top of tanks or vessels. It is designed for applications where the tank is pressurized during production or cleaning-in-place.
It is designed to withstand vacuum created during for example cleaning and for productions with low pressure conditions up to 1 bar
HLSD-2
Outward opening manhole cover type HLSD-2 is used on top of pressurized tanks and containers where closeable means of access to the interior of the vessel is required. HLSD-2 is approved and can be used on pressure vessels according to PED 2014/68/EU.
Oval Cover Type LKD 532 x 432
The Alfa Laval oval manhole cover LKD 532 X 432 is especially used on tanks or containers in the dairy industry. The main features are option for right or left hinged installation

LKDS
The circular LKDS stainless steel manhole cover is used on top of tanks or containers where a closeable mean of access to the interior of the tank is required, and is especially suitable for dairy balance tanks and CIP holding tanks.
The LKDS cover is not designed to fit watertight to the tank and therefore it is supplied with a splash guard to prevent liquid spraying out during a cleaning process.
Type CG
The Alfa Laval Type CG access tank cover is a circular glass manway cover that provides a secure fit for openings of stainless steel tanks or containers used across a broad range of hygienic applications, including those in the wine, brewery, beverages, dairy and food industries.
Designed to fit above the liquid level, it can be used as an inspection port or a closable means of access to the vessel interior for personnel. This makes visual and/or physical inspection easy, quick and convenient.
